James Schad

With over ten years experience as a commercial real estate broker, owner, developer, landlord and property manager, I have acquired firsthand knowledge of working with architects, engineers, city planning and zoning departments, tax departments, and inspections. I am able to assist you whether you are selling, buying, leasing, developing or building. Having worked on several of my own projects, I have learned the ins and outs of what it takes to get a property from idea to fruition, including how to get over the hold-ups and hurdles that can sometimes occur. My own investment, income-producing, and developed properties range from residential homes to farms and large tract lands, commercial buildings, and strip shopping centers.

I now have the unique ability and desire to share my experience and knowledge with others. My main goal is to teach my clients how to have as many income streams as possible, offsetting the cost of carrying their own investments. Taxes and cost of upkeep can be financially exhausting, so having tenants-whether by hunting rights, farming, rental of homes or outbuildings-can help ease the pressure. Specializing in land, land development, and investment property, I can assist in finding you the right property, negotiating the best deal possible and guiding you through the entire process saving you money, time and costly mistakes.
